Campus Survey Results

In February and March 2017, University Services conducted a campuswide Customer Experience Survey through the Office of Survey Research. Its purpose was to compare results to the 2014 survey in which we measured the satisfaction of  our services and interactions with Accounts Payable, Purchasing, University Stores, Logistics, Mail Services, and Capital Asset Management staff. Spartan Marketplace and University Services communication efforts were also evaluated.

The survey, emailed to 12,446 MSU faculty and staff, invited participants to rate performance and identify activities in each of the areas that are executed well and those that need improvement. In total, 1,461 employees completed the questionnaire.
