At Mail Services, we

  • manage the MSU mail permit and postage funding
  • act as the liaison between the US Postal Service and MSU
  • fold and insert First Class mail into a window envelope
  • perform accounting-related activities
  • ensure supplier compliance

Incoming mail is delivered directly to campus buildings by the Post Office. For large, outbound mailings, please submit a Service Request.

University Stores Inventory

University Stores will be closed for inventory on Tuesday, May 8. Orders placed by noon on May 8 will ship on May 9. We will re-open at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 9.

Traveling with Research Samples

International travelers returning to the United States with research samples are required to declare the research samples to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP) for entry processing. MSU travelers must comply with federal law as required by the research sample type.
