At Mail Services, we

  • manage the MSU mail permit and postage funding
  • act as the liaison between the US Postal Service and MSU
  • fold and insert First Class mail into a window envelope
  • perform accounting-related activities
  • ensure supplier compliance

Incoming mail is delivered directly to campus buildings by the Post Office. For large, outbound mailings, please submit a Service Request.

Approved Personal Heaters Available in Spartan Marketplace

Campus policies prevent the use of portable space heaters on campus. However, if you continue to experience temperature discomfort after contacting IPF, you can purchase low-wattage personal heaters to increase comfort in spaces that meet university temperature guidelines.
